Mortgage loan programs differ in regards to the terms, conditions and lender guidelines for each loan option selected. Further, considering the uniqueness of a client's situation, then more documents maybe required in addition to the above checklist. Upon completing a mortgage loan application, our clients are also given a loan estimate that summarizes their estimated closing cost, a home loan toolkit booklet that goes over the home buying process, and an "intent to proceed" disclosure form before a loan file is submitted for underwriting. Please contact us for a no-obligation mortgage consultation.
